Shipping Coverage

Velnora.pk currently ships to customers across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During sales, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. Velnora.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
